Videography Pricing
(Revised December 31, 2025)
Our videography pricing is calculated based on the following structure:
Direction Fee + Shooting Fee + Editing Fee + Optional Add-ons + Additional Expenses
For projects that do not fall into the categories below, we are happy to provide a custom quote.

Commercial Video Production
These rates apply to commercial video production such as brand videos, company profiles, and promotional content.
Event documentation is priced differently.

Direction Fee
For projects requiring planning, creative direction, or story development.
¥100,000 per video project
Shooting Fee
Up to 4 hours — ¥60,000
Up to 8 hours — ¥120,000
Additional hours — ¥15,000 / hour
Travel time to the first shooting location is not included in shooting time.
Travel between locations during the shoot is included in shooting time.
Example (Single-day shoot)
3 hours → ¥60,000
8 hours → ¥120,000
10 hours → ¥150,000
For shoots spanning multiple days, the shooting fee is calculated per day.
For long-term or multi-day projects, we can provide a customized quote.
Photo + Video (Same Day)
If both photography and videography are booked on the same day, a 20% discount on the total shooting fee will be applied.
Editing Fee
Video up to 4 minutes — ¥60,000
Video up to 10 minutes — ¥120,000
For videos longer than 10 minutes, pricing will be quoted depending on the project scope.
Optional Add-ons
Music Licensing: ¥10,000 per track
Required when using background music or sound effects in the video.
Interview Filming: ¥50,000
Includes interview filming, transcription, and subtitle editing.
Drone Footage: From ¥50,000
Drone filming usually requires a licensed drone operator, and travel costs may apply depending on location.
Data Archiving: ¥50,000
If you would like the footage to be stored for future use.
This includes storage media and data backup management.
Clients may also choose to manage and store the footage themselves.
Local Production Coordination Fee: From ¥50,000
If you would like me to handle Japanese coordination, such as communicating with local partners, arranging the shoot with on-site contacts, or managing permission applications, I would be happy to assist with that as well.
Additional Expenses
Travel expenses — from ¥3,000 depending on location
Accommodation — ¥15,000 per night if required
Other expenses may apply depending on project requirements
Event Videography
These rates apply to event documentation such as conferences, corporate events, or tours.
Commercial video production is priced separately.
