  • About Me

    Photography is more than just my profession — it’s the way I see the world. I’m always drawn to light, movement, and the subtle expressions that appear in fleeting moments. Even on my days off, I carry a camera with me, wanting to preserve life as it unfolds.

    What I value most is not staged expressions, but authenticity. There’s no need for perfect poses. Whether someone is laughing, crying, or even feeling a little frustrated, I believe those honest moments become the most meaningful memories.

    Before becoming a photographer, I worked as a mechanical engineer. In 2012, I chose to follow my passion and completely changed careers. I realized I wanted to connect with people and create something lasting, rather than spend my days in front of a computer.

    Travel has always been a major source of inspiration for me. I’ve visited more than 80 countries, and the Arctic Circle remains one of my favorite places. Photographing there has become a lifelong project and an important stage for my artistic work. New landscapes and encounters continue to shape the way I see and capture the world.

    Above all, the time I spend with my wife and children is the most precious part of my life. My photography is rooted in that sense of connection and the desire to cherish each present moment.

    Alongside my client work, I continue my artistic journey as a landscape photographer, holding solo exhibitions and offering fine art prints. Together with my wife, I also create and share content about Japanese language and culture through YouTube and podcasts.

    Through photography, I hope to preserve the connection between people and the atmosphere that exists only in that singular moment.

CAMERA POV VIDEO ADD-ON |  JPY 30,000 + TAX

A GoPro-style camera is mounted on the main camera to capture your proposal from the photographer’s point of view.

While this is not professional-grade video, it provides a simple, unedited recording of the moment—perfect for those who want a keepsake video when a dedicated videographer is not present.
This unique perspective complements your photos and lets you relive the moment in a natural, candid way.

30-MINUTE EXTENSION ON LOCATION | JPY 20,000 + TAX

　・The extension fee for the photo session is JPY 20,000 per 30 minutes.

What’s Included / Not Included

*Each plan includes pre-shoot location coordination, handling of photography permits, on-site Japanese language support, and post-shoot photo selection & editing.
*Each plan does not include the photographer’s travel fees. For details, please refer to the Travel Fees section.

How is the shooting time calculated?


The shooting time is generally counted from the moment you, our clients, meet with our photographer. However, depending on the shooting conditions, there may be cases where the photographer needs to be on standby in advance for preparation. In such situations, the shooting time will be considered to start from the time the photographer begins that standby. Thank you for your understanding.

Travel Fees

Nagano : JPY 5,000 + TAX
Tokyo / Kyoto / Osaka / Kawaguchiko / Kamikochi : JPY 10,000 + TAX
Kawaguchiko / Osaka : JPY 15,000 + TAX
Hakone / Nara / Kobe : JPY 20,000 + TAX
Hokkaido / Okinawa / Fukuoka : From JPY 50,000- + TAX

*Please ask if your destination is not on the list.
*If the photographer’s accommodation is required for the shoot, such as for early morning or late night sessions, or for shoots in distant locations, an additional fee of JPY 20,000 + TAX per night will be charged.

How to Secure Your Booking / Payment Methods

*We will secure the date and time when the payment is completed.
PayPal, Wise, Revolut payments are available. If you would like to pay by credit card, the payment will be processed via PayPal. Please note that payments made via PayPal incur a 5% transaction fee.

Please let us know your preferred payment method when you contact us.
If you’d like to split the payment, your booking will be confirmed once 50% of the photography fee is paid. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled shooting date.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

For reservation changes, if our schedule allows, we’re happy to adjust the date free of charge.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will apply.
The remaining amount will be refunded, excluding the handling fee.
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 days prior to the scheduled shooting date.
Cancellations after this period cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
